Storytellers and You

Sometimes, coming to a new game can be a daunting task. It's fun for some, but what is fun for one person, is terror for another. One of the hardest parts can be getting to know the people who own/operate/manage the game. In this case, those are called Storytellers. People can often be afraid to say something that we wouldn't deem appropriate, or fear that they might rub us the wrong way, and have some mysterious wrath set upon them. Not true! Below is a bit of a profile (Self-Made), for each of our wonderful Storytelling Staff Members.

Hello there! My name is Endymion, but most people call me anything from Endy, to Endy500, to That Asshole! I'm going to go first here, with my profile. I've been the Head Storyteller/Background Nazi at City of Angels for about two months, now. I'm responsible for a lot of the Storylines that your character could possibly, even now, be wrapped up in, whether they know it or not! I've been a roleplayer most of my life, going back so far as to when I was a kid. I never watched TV much (Exception of Duck Tales, Ghostbusters, and Ninja Turtles), so I spent a lot of time playing 'pretend'. In a technical sense, I guess you could say that I've been roleplaying for most of my life! In a more mechanical sense though, I've been officially roleplaying for 14 years, mudding for 12 years, and working with the World of Darkness setting for four years, now.

When I'm not mudding, I work for White Wolf as a Technical Writer (Only recently. Huzzah!), and also work towards being a bit of a freelance writer and an official Entrepreneur. Other than that, I have only a small social life, which is not always so active, but quite fun when it is! I collect White Wolf books, and have probably one of the largest collections, that has expanded to include some third-party developed material, such as Freak Legion by Black Dog Games.

That's about it! I'm nothing. A weird Abomination of Jock body and Nerd blood, hunted and hated by both as a monstrosity that should be rid from the world! Tee Hee.

Guess this means I'm up... Alrighty then. I'm your run of the mill offensive linemen (American Football). I'm huge IRL. 6'4 290lbs. Most of my 'off and on' social life is spent here online. Currently I am in school for Corporate Law. I've been Mudding for well over a decade and first found MUDs. I'm a full time student, but if you see me on past midnight CST I probably aint actually on the game, likewise weekends I am not a regular. Why? Because I visit friends and family. This isn't always the case and if required I can be one during weekends and at nights on weekdays but ya. I'm the ST you will see on during 'normal' hours as my campus is a wifi hotspot and I can stay connected while walking around, and I also live at the dorms. My favorite sphere is Mage and Garou. Least favorite is Inquisitor and KoTE. I've been told I'ma hardass and stickler for the rules which really just means that you should probably be glad I don't hold any real power. I am almost always online and feel free to send me the occasional tell to chat, though I am fairly adamant about requests being requested.

hey im Fortang 24 and been rping since i was 13, i live in australia and have moved out of my parents house. (this has effected my online avaliability for a few more months)

Played mostly Starwars muds when i got sick of it i moved to WoD. I work as a mechanic (apprentice) and i stink like grease and disel.

Sup. I'm Siol, or my longer name, Siolazar. I also respond to a bevy of other names such as Argban, Michelangelo, Bradley (though I will punch you if you use that), or my most commonly used name, Brad. I'm a pretty average guy, nothing really extraordinary, unless you count my patience, which even wears thin after a while. I'm currently in school for Pharmacy, though I'd prefer to use my talent with computers, the economy where I live (Read: Michigan) sucks ass. I've been mudding since I've been 12 or so, so I've got 7-8 years experience. WoD for two, D&D in it's various forms for 8. I would say my favorite spheres are Garou, Mage, and the new Changeling, just because it's fun. Least favorite sphere would be Wraith, since I can't find anyone to do it. v.v

I am tasked with the task of Roll Jockey here at CoA, but I'm also the resident smartass (though there are better ones), and I have the glorious position of being the person to answer the most requests, since I'm on a lot.

Okay, well. I'm Calyce. Official title = peon.

I'm older than dirt (literally). And um, yeah White Wolf stuff for several years now. (What year is this again?) My fav sphere to ST is garou, I've played changeling and loved being a lil Pooka who was always in trouble. I've mudded since something like 1999 or 2000 (yes I know, not long), and immediately knew I was the RPG sort. I've role played for about 5 or 6 years online now, dabbled in building, never done coding. I do know how to ST in WtA, VtM, Dark Ages, Inquisitor, and have at least played a mage so I know a little bit about those too.

I am currently studying for a big test (coming up in less 10 days now) so that's why my online time has been restricted in January. I will be on more after the test.

I have an aggressive autoimmune arthritic disease - so I can't move around a lot and spend quite a bit of time online. Currently I do not work, although it looks like financially I might have to find work 15-20 hours a week that I can do without further damage to myself.

I am here to make things FUN for you all, but remember I have to be fair as well. If we keep in mind it's a game, we can all have a blast!

Hurray thread resurrection.

I'm Cheshire. 23, living in the southeastern US. I've been playing WoD for about... 6 years, and STing on and off for the last 3 or so. My main focus is on V:tM, but I'm trying to remember everything I forgot about Werewolf in the last 6-8 months to help Skyborn out with that.

Currently serving as a simple dice jockey, I'll be working on storylines and making everyone's online lives more interesting/perilous before you know it.
