Storytellers are volunteers. They don't get paid. They are here because they have as much fun doing what they are doing as the rest of us do just playing, but they devote endless hours to making sure that the players are guided, helped and supported. Just keep that in mind when you make requests. They deserve a lot of respect. I will -clearly- be the first one to crack a joke at any one of them, but when it comes down to it, we're enjoying this game because of them. So, just a few little tips below to help players connect with storytellers when they request a little more easily.

- Always include a 'Please'

- Try to keep requests simple, yet informative. If you are burning WP, BP, or Rage, include it somewhere in your request where it can be easily seen. This can get a little rough for things like combat and extended rolls, but the easier the request is to figure out, the easier it is to respond.
- request I'd like a roll to slap Endymion for the next round. Burn a WP. Please and Thank You.
- request I'd like to use my Contacts, please, to set up extended rolls to gather information about LA. I'd like to learn about places that are familiar to the Garou that have been in the area, so that I can learn about other Garou in the city. I'll devote an hour a day, for a week, to interaction with my Contacts. I'll burn a WP on the first roll.

EXTENDED ROLLS:
The only thing about extended rolls is to make sure that you have a clear idea of the /goal/ you're trying to reach with the extended rolls.

COMBAT:
Combat rolls completely depend on the Storyteller. However, a few good things to assume are:
*If the ST is quiet, they're rolling, echoing, or sorting requests. Be patient, please.
*OOC and Osay should be kept to a minimum. If you have a question, feel free to request it.
*When declaring, the ST will ask for tells, osay, or requests. Please -only- offer declares in the format they've asked for.

FEEDING ROLLS:
*You shouldn't be requesting rolls for feeding while in a scene.
*You should be standing on the street or in the business that you'd like to attempt to gain blood in.
*If you have Merits or Flaws that effect this roll (dulled bite, selective digestion, etc) you should add those into your request.

request I'm looking for a feeding roll, please. Selective digestion: White Males. Burn a WP. Thanks!

TRAINING STATS:
You need to be IC, and not currently in a scene to train stats - UNLESS the scene directly explains the stat you're raising and no changes will be made to character sheets until the scene is completed.

- If you send up a request, and there's no answer, feel free to sent another. PLEASE wait at least 15 minutes before you re-request something, as it's possible that someone could already be handling your request, be busy with requests that were send before yours, or no one is available.

BUMPED HUGE TIME!

Please use the correct channels for requests. No more sending me tells telling me to do rolls (instead of asking, at that), and no more AIMing me for ANYTHING game related.

If you need me, please PM me, or catch me on the game.

If you think I'm invisible on the game, which is possible, please send a request instead of AIMing me to ask.

Thanks guys. I will be docking XP from people who break this rule of common respect for their staff.

On the same note, I will refrain from AIMing anyone about the game. I will always wait until you log on, or PM you.
