This is Not a mud but a community, a very very small and fragile community, which can break up at any time of the year. This is how large community start off.

At the Moment Farstill has decided to cut off Our server, giving us no place to meet and roleplay, this is illegal but we are not going to push it, what we will be doing is moving on. I have paid in behalf of this comunity another server and within 2 days at the most and a few hors at the least we will have a new home, but this letter isnt about that its about us.

This letter is about adressing Issues that we all have about this community, and there will always be issues but atleast as a whole we can confrunt them together.

I want to talk about the Imms .

Endymion: Is a great guy, holds this place together like liuid nails, i have nothing bad tosay about him or what he does, he gets online does the job and expects no payment.

Dizon: Arogant, self rightious and a prick, but Iv known him for 10 years and at the start i hated his guts, but with him, you know where you stand. If he says No, its not becase he wants to further his ego, its because he knows the rules and wont sugar coat them, he will never cheat. Yes he needs to eb more nicer, but you cant change the world in one day.

Caylce: Good friend of mine,and will never have anything bad to say about her either, good at rolls and underestimated as an Rper.

Myself: I think im a nice guy, I dont cheat and dnt feel right when im doing bad things. There has been a complaints about my Character carl gettng all the spotlight, and thats a fair call, seeing the St character run around blwoing shit up is kind of fustrating, But ask the players directly effected by the Rp, if anyone of you out there speak up. Alexandra has now somthign ICly to do, shes going to write a paper on Carl and sbmitt it. Sybine is niot just standing around the bar getting piked up or rping drunk, yes shes in a hospital but shes having fun when carl comes around, becasue she asks me to rp.Ask Arturo his first real scene here.. and ask him if he is enjoying it.

nd rping carl isnt fun always running away isnt fun, but when i see people iming me saying great scene and thanks for the Rp im happy about that.

Also for not. Carl and Lenny are the only 13 gen chars with shitty stats, Im me and il post you his sheet.

Everytone here has a role to play, be outspoken or not its how your character plays.

Every request i get sent if the answer is nearly aways no, i work with the people to make it a yes, its a compramise of mnay sorts.. why? Because this Community is owned by everyone, not just Me who pays for it, i dont consider myself an owner, no one should what we should dfeel about this place is a place of Harmon.y and a place of laughter, sorrows and moodyness Smile

Iv always wanted to head a community, any community, and its in the mud format is what i have. As I said thsi comunity is small and fragile but together we can make this comunity great and one of the best. Right now we have about 5 hard core players if not 10.

BnB was a community, run rather badly but a community which everyone should be proud of, CoA is a great comunity with the potential to be greater.

If anyone has a problem, do not hessitate to contact me, not because im head of the team, no one is head of the team.. because you have every right to complain abotu something, and get something done. If you want a stoeyline please come to me, there might be death involved but its a storyline. Cristian and Leannan are locked into one and i dont think they hate it that much..

So in responce, This is everyones Comunity, everyone has a say and everyone is treated fairly

Okay now that I got that out of my system, I have worked out a temporary deal with Xanet-hosting.com and until the NEW home is up and running we will be open at our old address. If you are a player and want to help build a new grid/transfer the grids please contact me or another ST so we can get the new home up and running ASAP.

Its our 6th Month aniversary and I personally feel proud of what TF has become, we started off small and fragile, but six months on we are still small in size but I dont feel that we are fragil anymore.

And this is without Advertising anything on other websites. I have approched many of you asking you every few weeks, what could I do or the Staff do to make this place a better place an dwe have acted on it, I hope the players are happy because this community is made up of players not the Imms.

I am also have to thank each of the players for giving the ST's a chance to actually put on a show for you, this place would be dull and borring if the players didnt show loyalty to this place. At anytime the players could pack thier bags and leave, but the show Loyalty, somethign I value alot.

I log on not to St, I log on to Rp, and on that note I would personally Like to thank the dedication of the ST. Thanks for Skyborn for her countless hours on the Building side and on PR side. Thanks to California for taking up the batton of ST and running with it, this goes the same with Lark, even when she is in another country, she still logs on and decides to throw a scene or two. And last but not least for Endy, with his countless hours of plannign and plotting the scenes which we as players do enjoy.

This post isnt just about the past, We have decided that its time we should get our act together on the other fronts. Wiki and a Website.

I feel this place is awesome for RP, but we do not show it on our website, and if we are to attaract new players, and more intence Rp situations then we will be needing these things.

So i am asking for anyone with any spare tiem on thier hands if they could do some of the following. (After they speak to Endy and I about it).

1) Player testimonies, we would like genuine player testimonies so when we do advertise we have them on guard.

2) help us create a great Wikipedia, if the wikipedia looks great more chances of new players joining us.

I thought that I might take the time to add a bit of something here to this.

When I first came to City of Angels, it was a mess. A real mess. It wasn't any one person's fault. It was just that there was no organization. No Character Threads. No restrictions on almost anything, and the worst - MAGES. But some of the people were cool, and I liked them, and that's why I stayed, and why I went on to be a Storyteller, and then the Head Storyteller. I just realize that things have to be built from the ground up.

So I put in some rules. Which chased some people off. It was pretty lulzy. But I figure that people who don't like rules are the people who need to be roleplaying on forums and in chatrooms, not the sort who want to be in a mudding environment for intense roleplay. It seems like it had worked so far, so I'm assuming I did the right thing.

Now, under the new ownership, we've been up and going for about six months now. And things are going good. At least, I believe them to be. Things are getting settled, and we have some good Storytellers, and some really good players. We're not even City of Angels anymore. We're Twilight's Failing, I think we've done a whole lot of growing. Especially with the players. I, more than a lot of people, realize that the Players have grown a lot. And they have. A vast majority of them had a lot of backlash that followed them to our game from other places. An inherent distrust in Storytellers. A feeling that nothing was going to ever get done if their opinion was voiced. But I see them. And I see them getting over it, slowly, and coming out of their shells. You may be one of the few that hate me, but I still keep watch over you, and pretty much everything you do, and I see how you advance as a person and as a character.

California and Larkwyn are good people. I get a lot of compliments on them, even though both of them are new to the Staff. Skyborn, as Fortang said, does her part in all of it. We wouldn't have half of the stuff that we have built if it wasn't for her, since OLC is opinionated in a way that differs from me. Fortang himself does an excellent job of logging on and asking me a lot of questions that make me feel important.

We do need some help with the Wiki though, if people get a chance. It's a /lot/ of information to fill out. Help where you can, though it's not demanded. And before I wrap this up - Yes, I /do/ realize that I pretty much said the same thing as Fortang did.

But mine was prettier.

With Endy's last little line there, I have to make my own addition for the posts here that have to do with how far the game as grown.

I'll address a few things that I'm trying to get done, and what players can do to help, if they'd like to. It's always appreciated when they do!

1) Player Testimonials:

Like Fortang and Endy both touched on, player testimonials are going to help us a lot once we start up Ads that will attract new players. Testimonials can be PM'd to me on the forums! (<3 Fortang) What I'd like to see is less than 300 words, or so, just with some quick explaination about why you think this game is worth playing (besides the fabulous staff).

2) Player Businesses/Apartments/Houses

I'd just like to say, for my own part, that this is my favorite part of the job I do at TF. FAVORITE. Really. I won't be adding any rooms to the LA Grid until the Jungle Storyline is over, unless they are player's houses/apartments. However, if you want anymore information about it, send me a PM, or request it. The guys are always more than happy to help!

3) The Wiki

I... Love love love.... working on the Wiki, and checking Recent Changes to see a whole bunch of new pages that players are putting up. Everyone knows how frustraiting it is to not have one of the Staff online when you have a question about the systems we use, so the aim of the Wiki and the Character Guides, is so that we can cut out that step all together and all the players can just run a quick search to get informed. If you have information to add, and you're not sure if it's correct/formatted in a pretty fashion/etc... don't sweat. Just add it, and leave a note in the 'Explaination for Changes' box saying that it needs a double-check.
