This is the outline that should be followed when sending in an application for a Garou, on CoA. Garou are one of the more complicated of the classes, and can be a real challenge for those creating one. This can be both good and bad. Garou, being the physical power-houses that they are, get a bit less leniency on their applications, but the experience of playing one can be fun and rewarding.
