OOC: If you plan to follow up on any of the individuals listed on the Blue List should use the 'request' command while IC on the game. If you can't seem to catch a storyteller, PM Skyborn or Cheshire on the forums.
By the Order of Barron Walter Kennedy, these Idividuals are listed on the Blue List, for attacking, killing and treason against Anarchist in the City of LA. Some are very weak, others are dangerious. Rewards will be given, to those who bring these souls to justice.
As A side note, if i hear reports that anarchist fighting against each other to get to these souls, there will be trouble.
